What kind of shirts do you use?
All of our designs are printed on Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton Tees and Gildan 64000 Softstyle Tees.

  • Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton: Durable, comfortable, 100% cotton with a classic fit that works for everyday wear.
  • Gildan 64000 Softstyle: Softer and lighter (ringspun cotton), with a slightly slimmer modern fit while still offering comfort and durability.

You can check each product page to see which blank your shirt will be printed on.


How do I know what size to order?

  • Gildan 5000 runs true to size with a relaxed, standard fit.
  • Gildan 64000 has a slightly slimmer cut compared to the 5000. If you like a looser fit, consider sizing up.

Please check our Size Chart (linked on each product page) before placing your order.


Where are the shirts printed and shipped from?

We use Printify’s local, Australian fulfilment partners to produce and ship orders within Australia. Currently we do not offer international shipping. This means your shirt is made closer to your location whenever possible, helping reduce shipping times and costs.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Stickers

  • In Stock & Ready to Ship: Within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping within Australia: ( 🐌 AusPost (aka Snail Mail) 3–14 business days after fulfilment.
  • Priority Shipping Available: (🚛💨 Priority (Express Post) including Queue Jump) Ships typically within hours. Tracking Available and usually received in 1-5 business days depending on shipping destination.

Apparel Products

  • Production: 2–5 business days (your shirt is made to order).
  • Shipping within Australia: 3–8 business days after fulfilment.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Stickers: Yes, because they're kept in stock so long as they are received back in brand new condition a full store credit or refund will be provided.

Apparel: Because our shirts are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or if you simply don’t like the design. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or misprinted, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.


What if my package is lost?

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.


How should I wash and care for my shirt?

  • Machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F).
  • Tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not bleach with chlorine.
  • Do not iron the printed design.
  • Do not dry clean.

Following these instructions will help your print stay vibrant for longer.


Do you ship internationally? No. If there is a product you'd like sent internationally then feel free to email us at gday@aussieaf.co and we may be able to arrange it for you. 


Can I cancel my order?

Orders are shipped fast & go into production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
