Order Processing Times
Most of our products are made to order. Production begins shortly after your purchase is confirmed.
Shirts (Print-on-Demand)
• Production begins within 2 hours of purchase
• Production time: up to 7 business days
• Shipping method: Australia Post Parcel Post
• Tracking: Yes
Stickers
- If in stock: dispatched within 1-3 business days
- If temporarily out of stock: dispatched once new stock arrives, usually within 7-14 days

- 🚛💨 Priority (Express Post) including Queue Jump: Ships typically within hours. Tracking Available and usually received in 1-5 business days depending on shipping destination.

Shipping Location
For Stickers, we currently ship within Australia only from the Sunshine Coast. Shirts are printed & dispatched from Printify's fulfilment network within Australia.
Delivery Timeframes

Apparel:

Delivery times may vary due to production delays, seasonal demand, or Australia Post network disruptions. We will communicate any significant delays when possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because apparel products enter production quickly, shirt orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify apparel orders.
Sticker orders may be cancelled anytime before dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:
Change of Mind / Sizing
Most of our apparel is custom-made for each order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference once production has started.
Stickers
Stickers may be returned for a refund if they are unused and in resaleable condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will require a clear photo of the issue to process a replacement.
If a replacement is approved, you may keep the original item.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and any evidence provided by Australia Post.
Future Express Shipping
Express shipping options may be added in the future. When available, they will appear at checkout.
If you require express postage urgently, contact us and we can advise whether an upgrade is possible.
