Lifetime Warranty Policy (Optional Add-On)

Some customers choose added peace of mind when purchasing from AussieAF™, so we offer an optional Lifetime Warranty add-on. This warranty is only available to customers who explicitly purchase the warranty at checkout.

If you did not purchase the optional warranty, the terms on this page do not apply. Your purchase is still covered by Australian Consumer Law and our standard Returns Policy.

This page explains what the Lifetime Warranty includes, the conditions, limitations, and how to make a claim.


What the Optional Lifetime Warranty Covers

If you purchased the Lifetime Warranty add-on, it covers:

  • Manufacturing and print-related defects, including:
    • • Premature seam failure
    • • Fabric faults present from production
    • • Print defects (misalignment, incomplete print, peeling not caused by misuse)
    • • Incorrect size or colour shipped compared to your order
    • • Structural issues that arise under normal, intended use
  • • Lost or stolen items

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no charge.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The optional warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Fading from washing, sunlight, or normal use
• Shrinkage or stretching from laundering
• Stains, accidental damage, or misuse
• Damage caused by not following care instructions
• Changes in body size or fit preference
• Any item not originally purchased by you
• Items where the warranty add-on was not purchased at the time of checkout


Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for a Lifetime Warranty claim:

  1. The Lifetime Warranty add-on must have been purchased on the original order.
  2. You must be the original purchaser.
  3. The defect must be manufacturing or print-related.
  4. The product must have been used under normal conditions and cared for according to the instructions.
  5. You must provide clear photo evidence of the defect so we can assess the claim.

There is no time limit - if you purchased the warranty and a future defect appears due to manufacturing fault, you are still covered.


Warranty Limitations

• The warranty only provides a replacement of the same or equivalent item.
• Refunds are not provided under the warranty unless replacement stock is unavailable.
• Replacement value is capped at the original purchase price of the item.
• Claims may be denied if images provided do not demonstrate a defect covered under these terms.
• The warranty does not cover courier delays or damage caused during transit (see Shipping Policy).


How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you purchased the Lifetime Warranty with your order, you can lodge a claim by emailing us at gday@aussieaf.co with:

  1. Your name

  2. Your order number

  3. Clear photos of the defect

  4. A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days and confirm the outcome.

If approved, we will send your replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the original item.


Didn’t Purchase the Warranty?

If you did not purchase the optional Lifetime Warranty, you are still protected under Australian Consumer Law and our standard Returns Policy.
